I love CRM. It took me a while to convince myself I needed it, but now wonder how I managed without it. Its fantastic, and I can track down products for people right back to when I started. So easy to find who a product belongs to if I find a product left over too. I recommend to to everyone. I get so many free uploads when they buy. I think I have had about 18 months free. Thanks heaps.

There is no way I could run my business without you and what you have created .... how do others do it with paper only .. I have no idea. I started doing Avon with you last year in February and have achieved so many awards but only because of the streamlined way I can do the "paperwork" side of things, thanks to you both.

After 18 months, through your incredible program, I achieved President Elite, and number 10 in the top 10 for district 229. I have no idea how some of the other top reps do what they do without your sort of support/program ... I could never do it paper only and can only do it with your SUPPORT which you have given to me so much.

After using AvonCRM for 6 months I am thrilled with it's capabilities and still cannot believe how much time it saves me! It also prevents errors. My favourite function is the automatic downloading of orders to the website. It used to take me HOURS - AvonCRM does it in under 20 seconds! Another of my favourite functions is the capability to track returns and replacements (a past major headache) and it even prints out an official return form. Yet another favourite function is being able to send a confirmation email (with products listed and total amount owing) to my customers - the feedback I have had from my customers has been very positive! It really looks so professional.

I often get orders emailed to me stating product codes and I would spend a lot of time going through a brochure to work out what was being ordered. With AvonCRM's ongoing campaign download subscription I only have to key in the code and up comes the product, it's page and how much (it even reminds me if it is cheaper to order as a backorder!).

The support has been second to none and the forum is a great place to get information and extra support!

Congratulations on a great program... have used the others ones that are around and i love this one sooooooo much better, so easy to navigate, the Help file is terrific and when any of us have problems you are both never far away to answer and problems.... I haven't had to post with problems for a while but this is to let you both know what a good thing you both have here....
